[CV Block Leaders] Saturday's Clean Up

Hello Everyone,

I'm writing about last Saturday's efforts at the clean-up. Thanks to those
block leaders who were able to distribute flyers! Sorry it's taken me a few
days to get to this, but I have been buried under a mountain of Americorps
paperwork until today.

Who was able to participate last Saturday? What hours did you work? I can
certainly count these hours as volunteer hours for the CVCBD. If you have an
idea of how many residents on your block were out participating and for how
long, let me know that as well.

I have attached a simple time sheet to help you keep track of the hours you
spend volunteering as a block leader. Feel free to print it out or fill it
in electronically and email it to me. To keep things simple, I ask that you
report hours at the end of the month. I will also be giving you paper copies
of this timesheet soon. All that needs to be reported is your activity, the
time spent on that activity and the date. If there are other volunteers who
help you with the activity, please indicate that on the timesheet. If not,
you can just leave that column blank.

I will be in touch soon about further plans for distributing resources for
you and surveys for your block residents. Thanks!
