[CV Block Leaders] Letter to residents

Hello all,

I am composing an introduction letter to go out to your block residents with
the surveys. This letter will include your name, address, telephone number
and email address.

Please let me know exactly what information you would like to have go out to
the residents on your block. If I don't hear back from you I will assume
that the contact information I have for you is ok.
