[CV Block Leaders] May I introduce myself

[Albert Glaze]

Hello,
         My name is Albert Glaze. I live at 408 Whitridge Avenue in Harwood. I believe I'm still BLOCK-CAPTAIN of the 400 Block of 
Whitrdge Avenue. Considering that most of my block has abandonned or renovated housing that has yet to be purchased or rented
out and lived in I'd be interested in any training, suggestions or advice where I could be service to this community. I should advise
you that I am 51 with degenerative arthritis, 4 operations under my belt and I'm sure more in my near future. I have a background in
the sciences but mainly observational astronomy. No dergrees but a passion for the space program and astronomy, Hell I'm 1 year
older than manned space flight.
