concerned citizens are meeting at the Waverly Farmers Market (33rd and Barclay
area) to walk around and tear down the "We Buy Houses" signs that have been
popping up around the neighborhood. These signs are illegal and it is a scam.
They will be meeting at noon if you are concerned about this issue and would
like to help. Please pass this on to any neighbors you know might want to be
involved.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

the 2700 Block of Maryland Avenue has been working with the JHU students to help
them become more invested in the community. JHU student volunteers will be
available to assist with community beautification projects on April 15th. If you
have been considering a spring garden clean-up, greening project or other
activity, please let me know as we can provide additional volunteers on April
15th from Hopkins.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

email about the opportunity to get free plants from Civic Works. You must make
an appointment to pick up these plants!! Anyone can go, as long as an
appointment is made. These plants are for public spaces only. That information

VLP volunteer coordinator, and I have been gathering some fabulous prizes to be
raffled off and given to the wearer or the best Hawaiian shirt! There will be
