[Chat] wires

while walking monday night with sheila reese and dave briggs, i showed them
2 places where electrical wires  r  exposed. one is near the alley( i think
the name is hargrove) on 32nd st. it is near where the barricades were put
to prevent trucks from mangling cars.it appears like a lightpole may have
been there once upon a time.
the 2nd is on the south east corner of 33rd & st. paul sts. right on the
corner. same situation. i called bg&e about the 32nd street one  twice. each
time someone came out and put an 'orange street cone ' on top of the wires.
the cones must have blown away each time.
any ideas on how to get bg&e to make more permanent arraignments.
u  would think,since the electrocution of the dog, bg&e would jump on it
immediately.
sad but true, they have not.
