To everyone:

A new scam taking place which I fell for is a young woman wheeling a
child said that she needed money to cover her copayment.  She is
blonde, in her thirties, nicely dressed, child appeared to be nicely
dressed and apparently went up an down North Charles Street making a
fortune on Saturday.  She told me she needed $9.00 and I gave it to
her.  She also approached Pam later on in the day and told her she
lived on Howard Street, after she told me she was here visiting
friends but lived in Harrisburg and that she would pay me back if I
gave her my address.  I gave her the money and said no need to pay me,
but please make sure that the child got something out of the $9.00.
