is he all black? did u notice any other coloring? what direction was he/she
going? what time did  u  see dog? u mention shaggy hair ar'd the eyes and
ears. what is the hair like on the rest of him?

  Has anyone seen a shaggy black dog wandering in the 2600 and 2700 blocks
of
  Guilford and Set. Paul?

  He has curly hair around his eyes and ears.

  He's between the size of a cocker spaniel and a German shepherd.

  He is limping and bleeding on a back paw.

  I followed him this afternoon and then lost track of him.

  I would like to take this dog to the vet and possibly adopt him/her.

  He seems terrified of humans.
