Brennen: I am having some of that work done as we speak. My problem also involved a faulty down
spout. Ben Senkas is the fellow I am using. 410.233.6543. Ben has done other work for me and is terrific:thorough, honest and very interested in making sure you understand what he's doing.Someone else in the neighborhood recommended another person, whose name and number I have at home. I will get it for you and send it in a separate message. Good luck... Dawna Cobb

Subject: [Chat] Wet Walls, Leaky Bricks
Anybody have any experience with contractors who can seal up a leaky
brick wall? I think part of the problem is a decorative tin cornice
that is channeling water down one section of my brick exterior. The
water gets through the brick and is messing up the plaster inside.
(The pleasures of old houses ...) I can see that in the past
somebody tried to seal the mortar joints with some kind of rubber
stuff. Anyway, any advice on who to talk to would be appreciated.
Thanks.
