[Chat] city operator

does the mayor still have someone on this list? mond, columbus day, there
was some street work being done. it wasn't city trucks but probably sub
contractors. i called 396-3100 in order to ask some questions. the operator
very RUDELY said "everything is closed, nothing is open. and i'm not going
through the list again". bang went the phone as in she hung up on me. this
occurred exactly at 10:49 am. needless to say she never gave me her name.
what a way to start the day.
