a community relations officer at the Northern Police District who might be able to give you some thoughts

You can report the house anonymously by calling 410-685-BUST.

In the longrun you might want to considering working with the Community Law 
Center to establish a drug nuissance case against them. The Abell 
Improvement Assn. was successful in getting rid of
nuissance tenants a couple years ago.

I'm sure you can work with other people on the block while keeping a low 
profile to avoid any problems with these guys.

I know as a somewhat "newbie" homeowner in Charles Village that this may 
seem naive, but any
advice on how to bust the obvious drug dealers across the street from me?  
The rest of my block
(2600 Guilford) is so nice except for this group of men who reside across 
the street and spend all
day abusing narcotics and what I believe is also dealing judging by the 
non-stop migration to
their house of others who exit looking somewhat altered.  Anything that I 
can do?
