New Democratic Club Hosts a Discussion of Presidential Politics 2004 with Former Secretary of State John T. Willis and Spokespersons from Democratic Presidential Candidates

 

Baltimore, MD – February 20, 2003 – In a public forum, the New Democratic Club (NDC) will examine the 2004 national race for the Democratic nomination and its implications for Maryland during its general meeting on Thursday, February 26, 2004, 7:30 p.m., at first English Lutheran Church, Charles & 39th Streets, in Baltimore City. The public is invited to attend to expand their knowledge about the candidates, voters, issues, trends, and possible outcomes. Materials about the presidential primary elections in Maryland as well as campaign information and materials from the candidates will be available. Former Secretary of State John T. Willis (and Charles Village resident) will moderate the forum. Secretary Willis is the author of Presidential Elections in Maryland (1984, currently being updated), and teaches the Government and Politics course at the University of Baltimore.
