State recordation charges are $5.50 per $1000 of the purchase price. 
Customarily these charges are split between buyer and seller.

There are also state tax stamps which are required when the deed is 
recorded. The cost of the stamps is $5 per $1000 of the purchase price. 
Again, this charge is customarily split between buyer and seller.
