There's one on the rear section of the roof of 2604 N Calvert, I 
believe. I couldn't really tell if it was a deck, but I've seen tables 
and chairs (and oddly, rarely anyone) up there.

Down Hargrove alley north of 27th street there are quite a few garages 
with decks on them..
