There has to be a problem with the street light wiring on those two
blocks.  I made about 5 calls to 311 last year before moving in August
about the two street lights at the corner of Calvert and 26th. Sometimes I
would come home at night and all the street lights on the 2600-2700 blocks
would be out completely for a few days and then come back on.
