Saturday-------March 27,2004----12noon--Northern District Police Station
West Coldspring Lane.

There will be a rally at Northern District in support of Major Regis Phelan.
All Businesses and Community Associations are encouraged to come out to show their support.
The Major voiced some concerns about issues affecting the Police Department.
This did not sit well with the powers to be. He was disciplined for speaking his mind.
This is a very simplistic account of what happened. I do not know all the details which would be to lenghly to send in an email.The press will also be present.
