[Chat] CVCBD "Public Meeting" on bylaws changes.

At the sparsely attended quad elections meeting last Tuesday, it was 
announced that CVCBD will have a public meeting about bylaws changes at 
7 p.m. Thursday, November 4 at SS Philip and James Church.  The only 
other notice of that meeting that I have seen is on the CVCBD web site 
home page.  The newest version of their bylaws changes (draft #7) should 
also be on their web site (www.charlesvillage.org) but as far as I know 
has not been distributed in hard copy form to anyone in the community.
