Subject: [Chat] OHE Group Meeting

Many thanks to those that attended our inaugural meeting of the CV Old House
Enthusiasts group! I think we are off to a good start, and the five of us
that met and toured all seemed to learn quite a bit from each others
experiences in renovating and decorating their houses.

Among other things, we learned a bit about coal fireplaces, vent shafts,
false fireplaces, pocket doors, bookcases and wet bars, all over a nice glass of
cooling wine. We also began an exchange of left over architectural features
with one another!

We'll try to meet every month, on the second Tuesday; the next meeting being
the evening of July 12th; anyone care to host and offer a tour of their
house, a particular project, or renovation effort? It can be a work in progress,
a completed project, or even just a general tour.
