Northern Neighborhoods and the Northeast Development Alliance (NEDA) are sponsoring an Open House to celebrate the progress of an innovative marketing and intervention buying campaign.

 

The event will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2005 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at

1439 Walker Ave.

 

Parking is available at the Reformation Lutheran Church parking lot at Loch Raven and Walker Ave.



The Open House will also celebrate the partnership with St. Ambrose Housing Aid Center, developer of this the 23rd completed renovation and sale of HUD foreclosed houses in the Northern Neighborhoods area.

 

Other partners include Morgan State University, Good Samaritan Hospital, the Baltimore Community Foundation, Fannie Mae and NECO.



The effort has contributed to the boost in the neighborhood sale prices over $100,000 and decreased the number of foreclosures.
