  Thanks, Karen, for the information. I have all those lilies in my back yard. Guess I'll take them out--they get on my nerves anyway! They just keep spreading, and they only bloom for a couple of weeks.

  If I find anything on the pesticide issue, I'll post it. I was pretty discouraged to find that even cut flowers--such a pleasant thing--could be so dangerous.
