$10 a room, excluding halls and stairs. She came with three people, was here
for 1.5 hours, and certainly improved my house.  I paid $80 for a 2-story
row house, but I have an extra 1/2 bath. Normal charge would be $70.  

 

She says she's always looking for work but wants at least a week advance
notice, no weekends--and she requires air conditioning after June 1 (room
conditioners are fine).
