When the message I sent to the chat list did not appear even when I 
looked for it it the archives, I thought something must be wrong, so I 
tried checking my settings on the list of members of the list serve, 
then sent is again (and after it did not show up, sent it again).  
Apparently for some reason, there was a considerable delay before my 
e-mail reached the list serve each time.  I apologize for cluttering 
your e-mail boxes.
