My friend and colleague, Keith Pardue, who lives right by the Giant
over in Waverly, told me about this Monday. He says it was a terrible
shock to his family and to the neighborhood. Keith didn't know
him well, but Terry was well-known in the neighborhood, as an artist
and a good landlord.

> Myron Terry Koenig, 64, a preservationist and decorative painter, was found dead in the front room of his beige-and-green 19th-century rowhouse in the 600 block of E. 30th St. by fire and police crews that responded to a fire about 1 a.m. Sunday.
