This year's festival is the 10th Anniversary of the Baltimore International
Festival and it is our biggest ever.  We have four stages and 26 Performance
Artists including 7 national acts (Ashford & Simpson, the Average White
Band, Cyril Neville (from the Neville Brothers), the Mighty Sparrow, Steve
Forbert, the Iguanas, and Bettye LaVette). There is an International Soccer
Competition, parade and it is all FREE.  Check out our web site:
