UPCOMING EVENTS AT THE VILLAGE LEARNING PLACE:

Wednesday & Thursday, February 8 & 9, 6:00 to 8:00pm
"Unsung Heroes & Lost Legends: A Black History Month Celebration"
Experience an evening in history with some of baseballs forgotten
heroes. Hear their stories and understand why although they played and
never got paid, they did it for the love of the game. There will be a
presentation, an exhibit, films, computer activities, games and crafts.

Additionally, memorabilia will be on sale. VLP, 2521 St. Paul Street,

Free Tax Preparation Clinic
Trained volunteers will be at the VLP providing free tax assistance to
individuals who need assistance with basic income tax return
preparation. To find out if you are eligible, please stop by the
circulation desk of the VLP library or call 410-235-2210, x0 and speak
to a library staff member. Registration required. VLP, 2521 St. Paul
