Ambassador John R. Bolton, Permanent Representative of the United States to
the United Nations, will address the Council on Friday, May 19, 2006 on 
"Major United States Priorities at the United Nations". 

This program will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Baltimore (located at
300 Light Street, Baltimore, MD 21202) with the following schedule:

								Reception:
12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m.
								Address and
Q&A:  1:00p.m. - 2:10 p.m.
