Market Day at Cylburn Arboretum is coming up soon - it's probably the second or third weekend in May.  You can call the number listed on their web site:

  Each spring the native plant societies and other garden groups get together and sell wonderful native and rare plants.  It's very popular, so go early (8 am) and take a wagon or something to carry your treasures.  The Baltimore Bird Club's museum of the birds of MD has been moved to the carriage house and should be open........it's very interesting if you are at all interested in birds.
