[Judy Berlin]

a friend's son had to go to court for a  dwi, 1st time. good driving 
record. passed all the sobriety tests except breathaliser.(spelling?). 
kid is straight as an arrow. pleaded guilty. prosecutor recommended  a 
fine and that's all. kid paid his fine. did not loose any driving 
privileges. one month later the DMV sends a letter that they are taking 
his license away due to same situation. doesn't the judge's ruling 
count for anything? any feedback appreciated.
