[Chat] housing needed

Coming to mind immediately is a house in the 3200 block of Guilford with
a large yellow banner "open house Wed 5:00-6:00."  312 E. 33rd was for
rent the last time I noticed.  Guilford has a lot of "for rent" signs; I
don't know how many are for houses and how many are for apartments.
