[Chat] Dixon's Deep Clean program a bust

I will follow up; the placard had no telephone number, of course, and the mayor's number in the tele book doesn't work!  I called the general city number, and the operator told me no body would answer the Mayor's new number.....and she was right.  

So, I'll reach her on Monday, I guess, when the alley should be a complete and dangerous mess.
