[Chat] Marvelous Recital this Sunday afternoon!

Sara Stewart, Soprano, will present a recital on Sunday, March 18, at 2pm at St. Mark’s Lutheran Chur, 1900 St. Paul Street.

The first half will include Samuel Barber’s “Knoxville: Summer of 1915” and “Ain’t it a Pretty Night” from SUSANNAH by Carlisle Floyd. Additional pieces with a Southern influence will be featured; there is a rumor that perhaps a composition by a local composer with strong Southern roots might be heard as well…

The concert will conclude with Italian arias and a selection of Broadway favorites.

The concert is free and donations will be accepted at the door.
