manager that previously also ran Blow-Up Labs on Md. Ave will 
be-reopening, (possibly) iin Charles Vilage,

Photo Service in Hampden I think does this, also . . . the post office 
does
but it may be more hassle than it's worth, also, Kinkos.  Or, even your 
own
snap shot that fits the dimensions will work, the government scans the 
photo
and doesn't use the original.
