From noon until 1 tomorrow on WYPR (88.1 FM), the Marc Steiner Show
will be about the hole in the ground on St. Paul St. The following is
taken from the WYPR web site:

> *_Wednesday, May 23_^rd
> /Noon - 1:00/*
> If you've driven down St. Paul Street in the Charles Village
> neighborhood you can't help but notice a large vacant lot. The site is
> the home of a proposed condo and retail building with a garage.
> However, a downturn in the housing market has resulted in the project
> coming to standstill. Marc and his guests Dana Moore, President of the
> Charles Village Civic Association, Mary Pat Clarke, Councilwoman for
> Baltimore's 14th District and Josh Neiman, Senior Development Director
> for Struever Bros. discuss development in Charles Village.

By the way, at 1 p.m., Mark Steiner has a discussion with the author of
a novel that I very much enjoyed:

> */1:00 - 2:00/*
> Marc interviews Pulitzer prize-winning author Michael Chabon about his
> latest novel The Yiddish Policemen's Union.

If you miss either program and want to hear it later, you can access it
online at www.wypr.org .

Steve.
