Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the homestead tax credit
and the homeowners' property tax credit?

 

Assuming they are different, what is the deadline for the homestead tax
credit?

 

In applying for the homestead tax credit, where can "one" find the
identification number of the property?  I searched the real property
database and could not find it there.
