[Chat] Fraud and Virus Warning - What to Do if You Receive a Suspicious E-mail

This message stems from some of I have seen concerning UPS and FEDEX delivery notices.  There are some good points made on the UPS website about how to handle suspicious e-mails, in general, so I am passing it on to all of you.
