      Herman's on Greenmount Ave has recycling bins. The price for the bins has been set by  Baltimore City,  everyone sells them for the same price,  there are two sizes, here is a chance to continue patronizing a local merchant 
      One day trash, with a limit of two cans ,  One day recycling, all of the recycling you put out will be carted away,  as of July 1

        Baltimore city already requires trash bins with lids – if you don’t have any, or your neighbors don’t, here’s a great chance.

        Coming in July I hear the City is stepping up enforcement – up to $150 PER violation – they’re NOT messing around. Be prepared – spend green now, save green later.
