Dear Neighbors:

By now you should have received, either by mail or hand delivery, the 
newsletter announcing the Quad Elections with enclosed nomination form and quad 
descriptions.  5 p.m. Saturday, October 10 is the deadline for receipt of 
your nomination form to nominate yourself or someone else to represent your 
Quad. They must be received at the CVCBD offices at 2434 St. Paul Street or at 
2926 St. Paul Street (Jeff Millard Chairman of Governance Committee). 

If you have not received a form you can download one from 
www.charlesvillage.org.

You should also check out the revised bylaws on the same website where you 
can compare them with the current bylaws to see what changes are being 
proposed. These changes will be discussed on Oct 13 as well.

For those of you who want the Benefits District to respond to your needs 
and concerns, this is one of the many opportunities you have to make a 
difference.  Don't miss it.
