I have found the store to be rude and indifferent.  I will not go there.  It is faster to drive to the one on York Road and shop than to stand in the check-out line for that one!

Last week my mother decided to go to the Giant on 33rd street.
while shopping she was approached by two different people asking for money. She went to customer service  to ask to speak with a manager and she was not only ignored but treated rudely. 
 Since then I have filed a complant via the Giant Food website ( www.giantfood.com )
 
Has anyone who else filed complaints? 
 
Its sad that when it first opened it was a nice place to go shopping but then went drastically down hill in less than a year.
