Gosh, perhaps I'm just jaded from my experience in the DC area (specifically
Arlington), but I generally find the service at the Giant to be pretty good
and the staff helpful.
Guess it's all in your perspective. In DC, NO one is friendy, there are
always long lines and everyone is in a rush.
