Come to City Hall Monday, November 1st!  

 Support President Young's efforts to televise Liquor Board, BMZA and Board
of Estimates Hearings so residents can see how decisions impacting their
communities are being made.


 



Please attend the hearing on Monday, November 1, 2010 at 5pm 

in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. 

 

 

Attend to support televising these important hearings.  

Consider testifying as to why you think televising the Liquor Board, Board
of Estimates and BMZA hearings would make government more transparent.

 

Background:

You and many of your neighbors know that these boards make determinations
about what is best suited for your community every week. 

 

The public deserves to know how, why and who is making these decisions!
While all of these proceedings are in fact open to the public, they occur
during the day when most residents are working, and therefore unable to
attend.

If you cannot attend but still want to support the effort, send an email to
