[Chat] Porch roof and down spout repair

James McDonald, who advertises in the Charles Villager, recently  
repaired a leak and replaced a downspout at my next-door neighbors'  
house.  They seem satisfied with the repairs.

He's recoated my roof twice and I've had no problems.
