[Chat] Water Outage/Issues

Hi all,
Last night around 11PM I experienced a water outage. It lasted probably 20
minutes as far as I could tell and when the water came back on it was quite
dirty.

Did anyone else experience this? I couldn't find any city alerts or
advisories, and I definitely won't be drinking my tap water until I find
out what caused this...
