I agree with Paul. Sometimes I think that communities do this sort of 
thing because this is the only control they have. Communities can't 
control crime so they try to control neighborhood businesses. Priorities 
misplaced.

I actually liked the fact it was bright. That block is very dark and has seen a lot of car break ins, etc. It made me feel safer.
