[Chat] Porch repair

Our front porch roof is sagging a bit, creating pools of water between our house and our neighbors (theirs appears to be sagging, too), and possibly causing rot in one of our columns.  Does anyone have a recommendation?  I saw a truck from Fick Brothers around last week but have not researched them or others.  Any advice would be appreciated.
