We just redid our kitchen last fall and used Ikea for just about everything -- cabinets, countertops, sink some of the appliances. We had it done by contractors so I can't speak to how easy or difficult it was to install but close to a year later now we are still very pleased with how it looks and works.  The contractors we work with swear by Ikea, and we loved them -- I would be happy to give you their contact info.
