You are correct.  I was thinking 25th Street not North Avenue.  However, 
CVCA boundaries do extend south to 21st Street so this issue may be of 
interest to a resident who lives nearby.  If so, I just wanted to let the residents 
know that the CVCA Land Use Committee is here if needed.  If not, that's OK 
too.
