Ever dreamed of playing LIVE with the BSO? 

  

Now you can! For one brief but action-packed evening, amateur musicians are invited to join members of the BSO on stage to rehearse and play repertoire led by BSO Music Director Marin Alsop in our special  Rusty Musicians  program. 



Rusty Musicians

Group 1 :   
     Instrumentalists Only , 6:30-7:20pm 

     Repertoire: 
     Tchaikovsky - Symphony No. 6, 
          Movements 2 & 3 

Group 2: 
     Instrumentalists & Vocalists , 7:50-8:40pm 

     Repertoire: 
     Verdi - Anvil Chorus from Il Trovatore 
     Verdi - Chorus of the Scottish Refugees  
          from Macbeth 
     Verdi - Spuntato ecco il di from Don Carlos 
     Verdi - Selections from Dies Irae  
          from Messa da Requiem
