Antiques and collectibles do best, clothes not so much unless they are a top end designer (Gucci, Prada, etc,).  Name brand purses in any condition and old luggage does great too, especially those Louis Vuitton trunks!  Gold pocket watches, old ceramics, pottery, and anything vintage (1960s or before) also fares well!

 

You never really know, but it’s a worldwide audience that creates the market.  I’ve sent odd things like a 1944 wooden tennis trophy from South Africa to a purchaser in Moscow!
