[Chat] In search of an apartment

Does anyone know of an apartment that would be available in 3 weeks for 
a year?  A Doctor who just got a fellowship to work at Johns Hopkins 
will be moving to Baltimore and would like to live in Charles Village.  
This is what he's looking for:

     -    1 bedroom in a row house (or studio if > 700sq ft)
     -    takes pets - he has 2 cats
     -    prefers hardwood floors
     -    prefers parking
