The last couple of days have given me something new to deal with on my money pit.  My skylight sprung a leak and I'm wondering if it's the flashing.  About 3-4 years ago James McDonald did a whole new roof and fixed some flashing near the front of the house (3027 Guilford).  That also sprung another leak not too long ago.  Just wanted to get a feel from locals if they have used him and how you thought the work quality/price was.  I've read a range of mixed reviews for him on the web and was looking for some more opinions before the next set of monsoons come through CV.  Thanks.
