[Chat] host family needed for one month for medical student

HI! 
Surprise! We are actually back - and just in time for my birthday (which is today).
My friend who is handling the adoption for us, got us approved the same day as MD received the paperwork (Monday) and we flew home yesterday.  I am exhausted and overwhelmed, but so happy to be home.  The house is a mess, the nursery is in shambles, but Jack is still sleeping, eating and pooping, so I guess he thinks everything is fine!
